Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the registration, participation, and use of the Sales Training Course entitled Empathology Conversion Method (the "Course") provided by Gaining Achievement (the “Provider”). By enrolling in the Course, you (the “Participant”) agree to abide by the terms set forth in this Agreement.
To enrol in the Course, the Participant must complete the registration process and submit payment as outlined on the website or registration form.
The Course fee must be paid in full at the time of enrolment unless otherwise specified.
All Course fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified under a separate special arrangement. The Participant acknowledges that because the program is digital in nature and immediately accessible, and because there are associated registration and course delivery costs, course sales are final and non-refundable, with no cooling-off period. A change of mind or personal circumstances after purchase is not a valid justification for a refund. This does not affect the Participant’s statutory rights.
The Participant will be granted access to Confidential Information within the Course Materials, which may include videos, documents, presentations, and other relevant content. These materials are for personal use only and cannot be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written consent from the Provider.
The Course duration and schedule are outlined at the time of enrolment. The Provider reserves the right to modify the Course, its content, and schedule at its discretion.
Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, training materials, instructional content, graphics, photographic images, videos, voice recordings, and any other proprietary information disclosed in written, oral, electronic, or other forms.
All content provided in the Course is the intellectual property of the Provider or its licensors. The Participant may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Course materials.
The Provider makes no representations or warranties regarding the results of participating in the Course. The Course is designed to provide general training and does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes.
The Provider’s liability for any claims arising from the Course is limited to the amount paid by the Participant for the Course. The Provider is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The Provider will collect personal data as part of the enrolment process. This data will be used to facilitate the Course and for communication related to the Course.
For more information on how your data will be handled, please refer to the Privacy Policy available on the website.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales.
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
By enrolling in and participating in the Course, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
